Financial Engineering, LLC is a consulting firm that can facilitate transactions on all exchanges worldwide and specializes in international fund raising, distribution and allocation of new issues; initial public offerings, structuring mergers and acquisitions, special warrants, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
We also provide funding for clients requiring liquidity against publicly traded companies, freely traded as well as some restricted stock and other securities.

Mr. Gullickson brings over 18 years of financial, marketing, and negotiating experience to Financial Engineering LLC, and as the company's Managing Director, he is responsible for developing strategic institutional relationships and overseeing all in-house activities.
Formerly a member of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Gullickson completed his active duty and was honorably discharged. He went on to attend Los Angeles City College and completed his B.A. in Business at the University of Maryland. Mr. Gullickson began his financial career working for Strauch & Associates, a real estate firm specializing in the commercial real estate sector and the mortgage banking business. He has worked with both onshore and offshore financial institutions and has traveled extensively in Asia and Europe. In his career, Mr. Gullickson has closed hundreds of stock loan transactions, and has worked closely with Mr. Peter Chun in setting up securities transactions and introducing investors to the Hong Kong financial market.

Mr. Maier is a retired Naval Aviator, Navy Commander, and is currently and International Captain for a major international airline based in the U.S. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with Honors. With over twenty years experience in the United States Navy and for the last ten years owning his own firm specializing in the real estate, mortgage banking, and stock lending he brings experience, integrity and attention to detail to each and every Financial Engineering LLC client.

Ms. Lau graduated from Hong Kong Shue Yan University in Law and Business, and has more than 10 years experience in finance, audit and company
administrative services. She is has expertise in management, and directorship of several US listing companies, and is co-founder of a financial advisory company, RC Capital Limited, a subsidiary of a US listed company.

Halen Bach is a president of Mckinley Infocapital, co. based in Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Bach has been recognized for his versatile capability in various business fields as a international marketing and funding veteran. Prior to McKinley Infocapital, he served as a President at HRD InfoSys, Inc., a company formed through World Trade Center Association, New York. He was mainly responsible for leading the development of its world-renowned major projects WTCBT (World Trade Center Business Tourism) while maintaining company’s overall business management and setting up its cornerstone and various revenue models. Earlier in his career, he was successfully acknowledged through various funding and marketing project which had him start his own consulting firm mainly served for Apple Computer's international business market in 1988, ADB Consulting & Associates, Co.
At this present time, Halen is mainly responsible for Merger & Acquisitions, Market Penetration, Investment, Fund Management and overall operation of the company. He has completed Ph.D in Doctor of Philosophy, MBA in Project Management, Master of Theology, B.A in Philosophy.
